I have am 18 page presentation that is a 95 mg file. I want it to be under 5mg so i can email it. I have searched and searched and searched in the program and CAN NOT find that feature. Can anyone help me please? Thank you.

Hi,

Right click on the file name when in Finder. Choose the Compress option.
Send the resulting file as an email attachment.

David,

I'm guessing you have too many pixels in your images.

I'm not sure if the mac version of powerpoint has the feature that allows
you to lower the resolution of a picture AFTER it's been inserted into a
presentation.

So, you could perhaps reduce the amount of pixels before they are inserted?
