reduce size of Gantt chart

A client is printing a Gantt chart on poster size paper. He needs the first 5
fields printed. We have that set in the page setup. He needs to be sure the
font size for those fields are large enough to read but would like to make
the bars for the task to be smaller. Is there a way to independently change
font sizes or scaling of the task fields and the bars?

Hi maryj, you can do this from tool bar -> format -> text styles; this
is where fonts, colours, etc should be changed. You can change all or
some.

maryj,
Horton explained how to set the font size for the tabular data and the
bar labels, however I think you also want to independently control the
bar size. To do that, go to Format/Layout. There you can change the size
of the Gantt bars themselves. Note: You can of course also change the
style of the Gantt bars under Format/Bar Styles.
