Reduce the size of an organization chart

I started to create an organization chart using the organization chart shapes & template. However, I now realize that I need to reduce the size of the organization chart, shapes, etc. I would like to select the whole chart and reduce the size but Vision keeps telling me that this can't be done in Organization Chart

What about using the Change Spacing command on the Org Chart menu?
