Reduced Functionality Mode

Seasons Greetings

I installed MS Office 2003 Professional on a new desktop after un-installing
the trial version of MS Works that came with the computer. I am pretty sure I
activated the product and it ran without problems for a few weeks. It then
entered reduced funstionality mode.

I uninstalled and re-installed Office 2003 Prof, which entered reduced
functionality mode immediately. When I select help>product activation there
is no response - the product activation wizard doesn't start, but I don't get
a message saying the product is already activated.

This is very tedious.

Thank you

You'll have to call the Microsoft help desk. They'll check their
records for your activation. If you really didn't register the software,
they'll give you instructions on how to get the software working again. Note
that when you call, have the security code handy to verify that you are the
owner of the software license.
