Reducing document size in Word XP

I have a form in Word XP that I am trying to reduce the size of. I reduced
it by over 100 kb by compressing the pictures, but it is still at 282 kb.
This is a one page form that is full of tables, and text and check box form
fields. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might make this file a bit
smaller?

What you have done wrong is to post your real name, email and phone number in a
public newsgroup. You will probably be spammed and telemarketed to death real
soon.

Have you tried the hidden data removal tool available form the Office
down-load site?

That only brought it to about 277 kb. I appreciate the suggestion though.
