Reducing "Save As" Options

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to reduce the number of options
in the list of file types that comes up when you
choose "Save As". I use Office 2000 at work and when I
want to save files as CSV I have to scroll
through "template' "webpage" "excel 95" etc

Not a big deal but it is annoying me as I dont use the
other formats.
