My company limits our total mailbox size to 85MB, and when I go to 'Mailbox
Cleanup' to view the size of my various folders I have noticed that my
"Calendar" subfolder continually gets larger.
Is there a way that I can see what is taking up room in the Calendar
subfolder and either delete it or archieve it? I am assuming that there are
meeting requests still on the calendar that have sizable attachments, but I
am hoping that I don't have to go in and manually delete all past meetings
and such.
In addition, is there a way to have the calendar automatically delete
meetings that are x amount of days old? My company also has some
"auto-archiving" software from HP that disables Outlooks normal archieve
function, so I am unable to set up a standard archieve schedule.
