ree link a text file table

I wanted to relink and refresh an external text file. It seems Access
always link the same file. It is possible to re link an external text
file and refresh the data?

you can delete the link to a text file by choosing the linked table in the
tables section of the database window and deleting that table.
Note that this only deletes the link, it doesn't destroy the text file.
You can link to a new text file by using File | Get External Data . . .
