I have a document which uses the REF field to copy information from a
bookmarked field to the header of my document.
If the bookmarked field contains one word, then all the formatting in the
REF field is correct.
If the boomarked field contains two words, then i have to select the second
word which appears in the REF field and reformat it (it is taking the
formatting from the bookmarked source).
The situation then continues if i reference a bookmark with three words etc.
Is there a way to format the REF field so that no matter what number of
words appear within the bookmark, they always use the format at the REF field
and not from the bookmark?
Thanks for your help.
