Ref form in a global dot

I have put a signed template in the startup folder and it is loaded at
startup.

The dot adds a command to one of the menus.

When the command is invoked and form should be displayed but I'm getting an
error when I try to reference the form.

When I created a document based on the template then it work correctly.

So I guess I need to know how to reference the form when the dot is a global
addin?

Any ideas please?

I goofed it was an ref to ActiveWindow that was causing the error.
