Is there a good book out there for OneNote, kinda like a "Notebook for
Dummies..."?

So far all I've found are books for MS Office 2007 that have very little on
OneNote...

If not, what the best reference source?

Here's a couple of questions I've been trying to find answers for:

How do I change the default text size from 11 to say 24?
(I need to know for handwriting recognition.)
Regarding shapes, the only triangles that I've been able to draw are
Isoceles.

Any way to get a 'ready made scalene triangle?

Can I store shapes that I created & then retrieve them quckly?

Thanks,

Rob

There is an option under Tools->Options to set the default font+size.

Isoceles.

If you're really careful, you can also draw equilateral triangles.

No. You'll have to make them out of individual line segments yourself.
You can use the "lock drawing mode" button to quickly draw several
similar shapes in succession without having to click the shape button
every time.

You could have a page/section with a set of common shapes that you use.
When you need one of your shapes, you could go to that page, click+drag
to select the shape you need, and copy-paste into your desired location.

There's quite a number of books of OneNote. Just search in Amazon.
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias=stripbooks&field-keywords=onenote+2007&x=16

I do not know any if them, so no recommendation.
For ON2003 there was a great book by Cathy Jacobs but there have too
many changes and new features added in ON2007.

Apart from that: The official MS website has become better and better
over time.
Just start here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/onenote/FX100487701033.aspx
and then go trough all if the sections, demos and webcast.

And if any questions, just ask here.
