Hi.

So which version of Word (and its language version)
you are using?

The language version may not be a factor as both you
and me are using English verisons (am I right?)

Yes, I'm using an English version, but there are clearly differences because
you have a lot of Compatibility Options checked, and yet the "Recommended
options for" box still says "Microsoft Word 2002," whereas if I change mine
to that setting, there are no options checked (I normally have just one
option checked, and that results in "Custom" being displayed). OTOH, I have
not applied any of the Office XP patches (SP1, SP2), so that might make a
difference. I'm afraid I'm at a total loss to explain the difference between
our documents.
