Reference Template in a UNC location

Hi there,

i cannot create a reference to a common template stored at a UNC
location (\\srv\common\template.dot), instead the reference points to
a temporary template on my local disk (...ApplicationData\....
\~w...dot). if i copy the same template to a local folder and
reference it afterwards the reference works.

is this a bug or a security issue?
