Reference to "current heading"

Imagine that I have a table with a crossreference in it to the heading text
of the chapter.

Now I copying that table a 100 times to different chapters. Want I want is
that the crossreference in the table refers to the heading text of the
chapter where the table is located. I don't want to change the crossreference
a 100 times,

Does anyone know a solution??

Use a StyleRef field instead of Ref.
