Reference to SharePoint List in Drop Down Selection

Good Morning,

I am trying to reference a SharePoint list for the selections available in a
drop downlist in my form. I am able to create a data connection to an Access
table successfully, but when I try a data connection to a SharePoint list I
get the following error:

"The following DataObject either cannot be created or cannot be initialized:
JAC Form Selection
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: JAC Form Selection
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

Exception of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException' was
thrown.
<detail><errorstring
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">The system cannot find
the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT:
0x80070002)</errorstring></detail>"

What am I doing wrong? Your help is greatly appreciated.
