References?

I am making a database for a branch in Florida I am located in California.
My database resides in Florida server which I have access to. Now my
database works fine for me in California, but when the people in Florida
try's to access to it I have to instruct the user to go to Visual Basic
Tools-References. Now there's has to be a better way. My users are not
technical in nature and I have about 10 people needing to access my
database. Is there a better way? Thank you in advance.

Hi Alex
It sounds like their reference files are located in different folders than
where yours are.

What you should do is find out which reference files the database uses (from
within VB ->Tools->References).
Make a common folder on each computer that accesses the database and copy
the required reference files to this location.
Make sure the references in the database are pointing to the new folder and
all should be ok.
