referencing other fields/labels in Word

I would like to print out address labels for several friends. The label
sheet contains 30 labels.

Rather than having to type the name, address, city, state, and zip 30 times,
is there a way to reference 29 labels to one label, so if I make a change to
the "master" label, all the rest will automatically update / change?

I know how to do this easily in Excel (+B1, etc), but I don't know how to do
this in Word.

Thank you for your time, patience, and (hopefull) help on this matter!

From the Tools menu, select labels and after seleting the type of label via
the Options button, enter the address details into the Address: space on the
Labels tab of the Envelopes and Labels dialog and then click on the "Full
page of the same label" radio button and then either click on the New
Document or Print buttons.
