I have a subreport based on a query that sums all wages for all employees by
year and prints the following result which is exactly what I need:
Emp1
2006 $50,000
2005 $45,000
2004 $43,000
Emp2
2006 $15,000
2005 $10,000
2004 $8,000
2003 $2,000
How do I reference the year and amount to show the dollar amount increase
each year and the percentage of increase each year so that the report shows
the following:
Emp2
2006 $15,000 $5000 50%
2005 $10,000 $2000 25%
2004 $8,000 $6000 300%
2003 $2,000
I have no way of saving 2003 result of $2000 so that I can compare it to
2004 result of $8000 in order to get the $6000 increase I need to show on the
report. Am I approaching this incorrectly?
