Referencing text fields

Can anyone help please, I have a document template that copies data over to a
2nd copy (ie originator,customer copies). I am having trouble cell
referencing. I have tried using the guide on MVPS.ORG..buT that does not work.

When I enter a form field on copy 1,I wish this data to be copied over to
sheet 2(duolication of sheet 1) Do I add a form field in sheet 2? then add
{REF TEXT1} , into the form field,then alt+f9....when i try this I just get
the view which shows all form fields references & the comment {form
text}...what am i doing wrong??

I have 'calculate on exit' ticked on sheet 1 in the form field, but its
still not workign...please help

Stick to the one thread!

The form field writes its data to a bookmark (by default Text1, Text2 etc.
to repeat this content on the second page, put a REF field on that second
page (not a form field) to recall the content of the bookmark {REF Text1}
