Referring to current section information in Headers and Footers

Hi,

I apologise if this has been asked many times or is really obvious, but
I'm having trouble doing the following:

I am writing a thesis and want each chapter's heading to contain the
following information:

* On the left hand side I want the title of the current chapter.

* On the right hand side I want the title of the current subsection of
the document (i.e. the most recent text styled in Style "Heading 2"

Is this possible? I'm sure I once managed to do this, but have
completely forgotten how.

You need the StyleRef field (which see in Word's Help).
