Want to build a query to located files (hard copy) using up to three key
words [table has file description, Keyword01, Keyword02, Keyword03, Cabinet
#, and Section # as fields]. Know I can use a parameter query to find the
records containing the desired key word in any of the three Keyword fields
(say a key word of green). Would like to be able to then narrow the search,
if needed, to find all the records that contain green as a keyword in any
Keyword field that also contain another keyword in any of the Keyword fields
(say red). And if that doesn't narrow the search enough, then look at all
the records that contain green in any of the key word fields and contain red
in any of the key word fields AND contain another key word (say yellow) in
any of the key word fields. Would need to prompt the operator (like a
parameter query) for each key word, then display the resulting records and
ask if another keyword is needed to refine the search.
