ReFormat Text in Fields

How can I change
Company Field:
BIG COMPANY, INC to Big Company, Inc.

and

Contact Field:
FIRSTNAME I. LASTNAME

to fields and fill of

FNAME = Firstname
MI = I
LNAME = Lastname

For your Company Field Take a look at the Proper() Function
For your Contact Field insert two empty columns on the right side and use
the "Text to Columns" Functionality under the Data menu
