Reformatted Bullets

A

Andy Hegedus

I have two Macs with the intention of having them set up the same. On my
desktop opening a presentation appears quite normal and the formatting is
correct. If I open the same presentation on my laptop, the formatting of the
bullets is changed. Instead of the conventional dots, I get the club (card
symbol) and I have manually go through and reset all the bullets.

What should I check in the laptop set up to get the same results as the
dektop.

Thanks.

Fonts. It's almost a sure thing that the presentation uses a font that's
installed on the desktop but not on the laptop.

Format, Replace Fonts to get a list of the fonts used in the presentation (or
check the document properties)
