Reformulated question - how to publish PWA through ISA with SSL?

Hello all!

As I have tried everything that come upon my mind, I would like to ask for a
solution:

I have a machine with Project Server 2003 and WSS within a domain. I want to
publish PWA through the ISA firewall in order for it to be available on the
Internet but SSL is a must for outside connections (i.e. all Internet users
must use SSL to access PWA but SSL is not obligatory for LAN domain users).

How to accomplish that?
