refresh Button

I have a button on my form that i can click to refresh the page
(me.refresh)


I now have a subform on this form and with in that subform i have
click button that does some code. at the end of the code i want it to
refresh the main form. I tried me.refresh but this does not work as it
only refresh the subform.

Whats the code to refresh the main form
