"Refresh Data" does not update PivotTable.

In a large (2146 rows, 21 cols) Excel s/s [all text, no formulas], we
corrected data in the Detail sheet, but "Refresh Data" does not make those
updates appear in the PivotTable.

We have also verified the range of cells that the PivotTable considers.

Customer not thrilled.
