Refresh Form and Sub form

Hi

I have in my Form Command a sub form for the ligne of
commande my problem is

When I adding a command I'm reading from a file so the
commandIS is created automatically, and the line of
commande are added to my problem is after adding values
I'm enable to refresh my form or to requery my sub form
I'm obliged to close the and re-open it again,

is there any way I can fix this problem
