Refresh Free/Busy doesn't work in Group schedules

I have setup a Group schedule to display my public folders which works well.
However, when I change an appointment in one of the public folders and I
click on the Refresh Free/Busy option I get a grey blanked out screen. It
seems the refresh button does not work and I have to close and open my Group
schedules for the appointments to get updated.

This is becoming a real problem - can anyone help please.
