Refresh link automatic

Hello,
I have an excel 97, workbook that links into other excel
files. The links are updated when the workbook is
openning. Can the link be refreshed automatic every 5
minutes if this workbook is left open on the screen? How
can I do this? I appreciate any helps. Thank in advance
for your time.
