Refresh lookup field after running Database Linked Table Manager

Good morning,

Can anyone tell me if there is an event, other than the Timer Event, that I
can use to refresh a field on my form after running Linked Table Manager? I
connect to one of 10 databases in my application, and would like the
currently linked database to appear at the top of my form after I change the
links.

I appreciate any help with this. Thanks
