Refresh Ribbon

I've been playing with the ribbon and can not wait till Visio gets "awarded"
a ribbon.

One thing I have been playing with is the ribbon visibilty, but I can not
figure out how to force a refresh of the ribbon to use the new value of the
condition controlling the visibility of the tab.

John already found this out in a different venue, but for the benefit of
others:

The Invalidate method of the Ribbon object will do this.
