refresh the field lists of pivot chart

Hello I want to know if there is a way to refresh the
field list of the pivot charts once I make any changes to
any fields in the table for which the Pivot Chart is
being generated.
For example, I want to add a field Customer Name to a
table and I want it to be a filter on the Pivot Chart
that was created before.
