Refresh

Sometimes when I have updated a website and someone views it it still showes
the old one. I they click there refresh button the updated one opens. I
think I have seen in the past in the HTML on a website, code that refreshed
everytime someone visited that website.

This is generally a default setting in a browser, and could/should probably
be changed there, I would think. However, you could use the insert html code
fragment feature of Publisher to insert some script that would force the
browser to refresh...I suppose. Google for "refresh script". I just did it,
and there were lots of links to potential script you could use.
