Frontpage 2000, Windows XP
I built a routine for my friends and I to "Chat" instead of using some of
the
Messenger programs. I get user input, add them to an Access database,
then update the page on which each user's comments are posted. Testing
on two machines A and B, machine A enters text and Submits. Everything
is displayed properly.
Then machine B enters text and Submits, comments from both A & B are
displayed on both machines. I repeat this, and after about 3 or 4 entries,
the entry from each machine is NOT displayed on the other. I thougt about
adding a Refresh line but that will wipe out any text either person is
typing.
Is there a way to refresh without disturbing other page data?
