Refreshing a treeview control

I use a treeview control to show a list of related sets and subsets of
records and action this from the a forms OnCurrent property.

I just can't get the treeview to refresh when I move to another record - it
adds the new values to the end of the previous. I'm sure I'm missing
something simple here but how the heck do I refresh the treeview?
