refuse email from specific sendert

Is there some way to "bounce" a email back to a sender.
I do not want to receive emails from a person and want
the email to automatically go back to them and show it as
being refused. I'm looking for something a bit stronger
than the junk email folder.

You could use the Rules Wizard and make a Specific Template to reply with.
Don't be rude now or your ISP may get cranky with you!
