Reg:BCM error after updates

Hi All

An important update as far as some common error messages encountered in
BCM.A lot of user have encountered problem in BCM doing updates.The normaly
error message are:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an Object. Contact Business
Contact Manger Support"

or

"Action could not be Completed"

or

"BCM has encountered a problem and needs to close"

These error message can be resolved by installing the following updates
913695 getKB: Description of Outlook 2003 post-Service Pack 2 hotfix
package: January 23, 2006

913707 getKB: Outlook 2003 quits unexpectedly after programmatically
creating an item by using the CreateItemFromTemplate method

Note: you will need to update to OL2003 with Service Pack 2 before these can
be applied
