Reg. Change of font color in a cell

Hi,

Is there any option to change the font color of the cell based an the
another cell's font color using conditional formating/VBA/macro?

No, colour change has no associated event that you can trap. If the colour
were generated by conditional formatting, you could extend that CF to the
second cell.
