Regarding Degradation Policy of Microsoft

Dear Sir/Madam,

We want to install MS Office 2000 in our office. But
Microsoft only gives MS Office 2003. What I want to know
is whether Microsoft allows getting a license for MS
Office 2003 and install MS Office 2000. Will you give it
in written that it will not have any problem by doing so.

Please reply me ASAP. This is a hot requirement.
