Regarding IIS FTP Server

I got to do SECURE File Transfer using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net. I have
done Ordinary file transfer, for which i used IIS Ftp Server. But, when it
comes to SECURE FTP, it seems IIS FTP server doesn't support SSL(Secure
Socket Layer).

How to make IIS FTP Server to support SSL/TLS? Is it possible to do Secure
File Transfer with IIS FTP Server?
