I regularly forward or resend the same email to many different clients and
bcc two people in my office. The email contains two images that have been
inserted into the text body. When my co-workers receive the email, the
images are not only in the body of the email but they show up as attachments,
currently we are up to 28 attachments (copies of the same two pictures) on
one email. My co-workers and I are concerned that the recipients are
receiving the same number of attachments and we don't want them to think we
are sending tons of stuff for them to look at. I use Outlook 2003, MSWord as
my editor, and I send emails in HTML format - even though i physically don't
use HTML code in my emails.
How do I prevent these multiple attachments? When I forward the same email
to my personal web email, there are just the two attachments, the two images
that are in the text body.
