Registration Form Handler - IIS ??

Folks - I realize that you can't use "Registration Form Handler" in FP
on a server using IIS, only Unix.

BUT is there a way to create a "registration page" on an IIS server with
a web browser? Any 3rd party software for this?

Anything?
