how can I create registration form using InfoPath 2007?

You would design the form layout the user(s) would see and then publish it
where they can access it.

You can store the data in a database or in individual files which can be
sent via email.

Thanks Clay, it sounds good.
But can you tell me how. It did try but it was un-like a real form. it was
more like adatabase entry form. I want to design a registraiton for where the
user register themselves and after they are done, data goes to either DB or
the File and if possbile dilpaly a thank you message. I'll use then publish
it to MOSS2007.
