registration key

We've bough Microsoft Office and install in on our
computer, but due to other problems, the computer had to be
wiped and reformated. We reinstalled office and are trying
to register it, but the registration key has already been
used. Do we have to get a new one, or is there a way around it?

I'm sorry, but the url you gave me didn't have any phone
numbers on it. I went through the entire process, and I
ended up here:

I clicked on Contact Microsoft, went here:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=cntactms

and clicked onto Phone Number, Support Options and Pricing,
which took me right back to the url you had given me, on
big circle, and there were no phone numbers anywhere. Can
you give me the phone number so I can reactivate my Office
registration key?
