registration problems

I am trying to load frontpage 2003 on my new computer but I get a messages
saying that I have used the limit of my registrations. I have oever the years
intalled it on 4 computers- this would be my 5th however I have taken it off
those computers as I upgraded. Is there anyway around this short of buying a
whole new program?
