registration problems

I recently had to wipe my hard drive and start all over.
When I re-installed office xp it asked for registration
so I attempted to do this. When I submitted my
information I was told that program was already
registered to another location. Now I am getting the
message that I only have a certain number of usages left.
Has anyone else had this problem
