I recently purchased a new PC, and had to transfer my
data to it. When I pull up all of my office it asks me to
register, yet I am unable to. I get an error message that
states the product has already been registered. How do i
fix this?

If internet activation of the Office doesn't work, call the phone
number in the article:

Activation
