Registry and installation error

Something strange happened to my Outlook 2003. I cannot open any folders,
and when i try to go to "Tools--> email accounts" I get an error, "The
operation failed due to a registry or installation problems. Restart Outlook
and try again. If problems persist, please reinstall". I have reinstalled a
couple of times and this problem cant go away. Please help me.

Hi,
i would first try to create a new profile.
