Registry Changes with XP vs Vista OS ?

I have been making changes for Access 2003 and Access 2007 registry changes
in XP Pro OS to allow certain features to work for me. I know the registry
location is different between Access 2003 and Access 2007.

Will I be able to make the same type of registry changes in Vista like I
been doing with XP Pro ??
