**Registry Error**

On a a database I designed for a client, I've provided for an export to an
RTF file. However, when they generate the report and then click on File >
Export, the only option in the File Types is **Registry Error** .

I cannot duplicate this error and, since she hasn't tried it on another
machine yet, I'm guessing that it's probably workstation-related.

Any ideas?

Either she has a bad installation of Access or she has a corrupt registry.
Tell her to use the Office cd (for her version) to repair the Access
installation.
